Script To Auto Update Gitea.

jq and curl have to be installed on server/PC being used to run instance.

Currenltly customised primarily to Debian (Can be forked and changed to other flavors)

Using a cron job to have do updated checks (mine is set at 3 months)

gitea runing as a servce
